WaveInsight Refund Policy


WaveInsight Software always puts customers in the top priority. If you have any problem or question with the products you purchased, please refer to our Support Center with detailed information about the problem, and we will try our best to help you as soon as possible. If the problem is proved to be unsolvable, we will refund you without delay based on our refund policy.

Please note, all of WaveInsight products are provided as "Try-Before-You-Buy".  Before purchasing the full version of a product, you can download the trial version from our website, install it and test it. You can easily check whether it is compatible with your computer system and meet all your needs. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test an evaluation version of any product prior to making a purchase. Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled, once an order is processed and the registration details and download instructions are issued, it cannot be canceled. And your registration code can not be disabled either. Exceptions to the refund policy are handled on a case-by-case basis and only granted when emergency or extenuating circumstances exist. 

In the event that you wish to refund a WaveInsight product, you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Please review the accepted circumstances carefully as below, and generally other requests for refund will not be accepted by WaveInsight.
 
Unaccepted Refunds
We generally do not refund or exchange products in these circumstances:
1. You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from another company.
2. You changed your mind after placing an order.
3. You requested for a refund for technical issues, but never provided any assistance to our support team with any detailed description of the problem.
4. Refund for part of a bundle.
5. You failed to receive the registration code for the product, and didn't contact our support team for assistance.
6. Exceed the 30 days' refund limit from the date of purchase.
 
 
Accepted Refunds
You purchased a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from WaveInsight within 30 days. We can refund you for the wrong product. 
1. You've been double charged due to the system problem of the third party payment platform.
2. The product has fatal technical problems, and our technical support team failed to provide a fix or work-around within one month. We will refund you after confirmation of this problem. In this circumstance, please cooperate with our technical support and offer the detailed information, such as your OS, actions before the error occurs, screenshots of error, log files, etc. to help us locate the problem..
3. You never received the registration code of the product from us, and even got no response from our support team after reporting this to us.

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information: 
1. Your name.
2. The email address for the order.
3. The order number.
4. The product you want to request.
5. The reason for the refund.
 
We will refund the purchase price of the product after the further cooperation from you about the problem and the request is approved.
 
Once your refund is issued, please:
1. Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
2. Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer if you purchased a CD version of the product.

Acceptance of Refund Policy 
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
